Biography

Aniela Lațea is a curious and warm-natured psychology graduate with a strong interest in children’s emotional and social development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently completing her Master’s in Psychological Techniques for Behavior Control and Human Potential Development. She is trained in Compassion-Focused approaches and is accredited as a Personal Development Counselor and Trainer.

With experience in educational, counselling, and community settings, Aniela enjoys creating supportive, safe spaces where children feel seen, understood, and encouraged to grow. Her work is grounded in empathy, play-based learning, collaboration with families, and evidence-informed practices that support emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience.

She enjoys doing stuff she’s not good at regularly, so, as she says, she doesn’t end up taking herself too seriously.

Outside of school, Aniela enjoys reading and writing, hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors – activities that help her stay curious, present, and connected.

Her motto is that, while she might sometimes be a teacher, she will always be a learner.
