She has a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations and a Master’s degree specializing in Human Resources Psychology and Organizational Health from “Babeș-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca. 

She is always eager to learn new things, adapt to changing environments, and collaborate with diverse and dynamic teams. As an HR Referent, Bianca is dedicated to creating a workplace that fosters community and belonging.
