Mrs Carmen is a dedicated Biology and Science teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching the international Cambridge curriculum. She has a strong academic background, having graduated from the Faculty of Biology in Cluj-Napoca, and has extensive experience teaching students across different age groups and academic levels. Her teaching experience includes AS & A Level Biology, IGCSE Coordinated Sciences, and Science for Year 9 students.

She is particularly passionate about the Cambridge curriculum, which she finds both intellectually challenging and highly rewarding. She appreciates its focus on developing students’ critical thinking, scientific reasoning, problem-solving skills, and ability to apply their knowledge to real-life situations. She believes that effective science education should extend beyond memorising facts, encouraging students to question, analyse, make connections, and understand how scientific concepts relate to the world around them.
