Graduate of the Faculty of Organic Chemistry at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Dan brings extensive experience in business management, having spent 11 years in the leadership and development of one of the largest FMCG logistics companies in Romania.

In 2002, he decided to enter the Real Estate field, with involvement in investment projects and real estate development. Since then, he has overseen several major residential projects, as well as commercial and industrial parks. 

His strong intuition and ability to see the “big picture” have led to the successful completion of numerous real estate projects that stand out for their quality of work and conditions offered to users, as well as their long-term sustainability.
