In May 2016, Royal School was able to successfully impliment a robotics educational programme in our school.
The project was realised with the help of the Stiintescu Cluj programme, part-financed by the Romanian-American Foundation and the Cluj Community Foundation. The aim of the programme is to help develop students’ technical ability and interest in STEM subjects: science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

The BeeBots robotics educational programme is introduced to students from Year 1 to Year 4 and is aimed at developing basic programming skills . Whilst the programme for students in Years 5 to Year 8, the aim is to further develop technical and creative skills using Lego Mindstorms robotics kits.
