Bianca M. has started a public group called “Ce le citim copiilor” where she shares information about the beauty of reading and about wonderful book titles worth of sharing. She believes that everyday a child should be read to or should read at least 6000 words that would help him develop in a most creative balanced way. All the titles she shares on her website are great points to start with.
One of the projects she has initiated is called “Sa ascultam o carte”, created for children 6-10 years of age, and will take place at Humanitas Bookstore, for 5 consecutive days June 6-10, 2016 between 13:30-15:00.
There are 7 spots open for this workshop and the children will have a chance, as part of a team, to create a gigantic book. The actual fee is 400 RON/child, but all RS students will receive a discounted price 300 RON/child plus transportation to the bookstore (the parents will pick up their children at the bookstore at 15:00). The workshop may be held in English upon our request.
The parents are also invited to meet the creators of the workshop on Thursday, June 2, 2016, 18:30, at Humanitas Bookstore, for a presentation about the importance of reading at a young age.
