Theodore Jarc, a Year 13 student at Royal School in Transylvania, has achieved the highest score worldwide in MFL German at the Cambridge IGCSE examinations. 

Having moved from Germany at age 7 and spent his formative years in China and India without access to formal German instruction. 

Theodore relied on self-directed study and family support to keep his German sharp, until he joined Royal School, where Ms Anastasia Revnic’s teaching helped him turn that dedication into a world-class result.
