Biography

Anastasia is a distinguished alumna of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature, specializing in German and Russian, at the University of Bucharest. Her academic journey didn’t stop there; she delved deeper into the realm of education by pursuing a Master’s degree in School Psychology and Educational Counseling at Titu Maiorescu University, also in Bucharest.

Before her tenure at Royal School, Anastasia honed her teaching skills for four years at the “Anastasia Popescu” Pedagogical High School in Bucharest, shaping the minds and hearts of her students with dedication and expertise.

Firmly believing in the philosophy that a teacher’s learning journey is never complete, Anastasia has enriched her educational repertoire through various training courses abroad. She has explored the depths of language pedagogy at the Academy of Languages in Heidelberg and the Language Academy in Aachen, Germany. Furthermore, her academic pursuits were recognized and supported by an Erasmus + scholarship, which allowed her to attend the ActiLingua Academy in Vienna, where she became captivated by the innovative non-formal methods of teaching the German language.

Beyond the classroom, Anastasia channels her creativity and passion into interior and floral design, exploring the harmony of colors and textures to create spaces that inspire and bloom. Her diverse interests and continuous quest for knowledge make her a multifaceted educator and an invaluable member of the Royal School team, where she brings a blend of rigorous academic standards and creative flair to her teaching approach.
