Biography
Emilio graduated from the Universidad Tecnologica Nacional of Villa María (Argentina) with a degree in mechanical engineering and attended diverse courses about renewable energies (FH Stralsund, Germany; with a DAAD scholarship), project management and pedagogics.
After working for one and a half years as a project engineer in the bioethanol production industry in Córdoba, Argentina, he wanted to change his career to do what he loves, teaching. The opportunity appeared, and he did not hesitate to take it, starting his career as a teacher in technical high schools. As a teacher, he tries to transmit the passion for learning to the students and believes that every student has the potential to learn anything. Respect, patience, modesty, honesty and constant personal improvement are some of the values that he tries to apply and teach.
Emilio has been teaching in high schools for almost four years in Argentina, till 2020, when he decided to leave his homeland, to look for new opportunities and challenges. After living in Brazil, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Scotland, Italy and Germany he settled in Cluj-Napoca. His last job was as a tutor (of mathematics, physics and Spanish) in an academy in Köln, Germany.
In his spare time, Emilio enjoys reading, learning languages, walking in nature, playing guitar and meditating.
