With over a decade of international teaching experience in the Gulf region, Raluca worked across a range of education systems, including Cambridge, Finnish, and English national curricula, in Oman and the UAE. Most recently, she supported postgraduate business students in Dubai as an Assistant Lecturer at Hult International Business School, where she worked on courses in Digital Marketing Strategy and International Business Consulting.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hult International Business School and International Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Nottingham.

Her teaching approach blends academic knowledge with real-world relevance, with a strong focus on preparing students for the future. She is passionate about helping young people develop the skills that matter most, entrepreneurial thinking, critical analysis, digital fluency, and adaptability, so they can thrive in a world shaped by innovation and constant change.
